3030 Pumpkins!

Work on the pumpkins started today- and do they ever have pumpkins!

Ric was drawing the faces to be carved - this is the first step-
 People are cutting the bottoms-

There are people scooping-
and carving!
The man who makes it all happen - Ric Griffith
And finished pumpkins on display - just a start:)
the beautiful Victorian House, with just a few pumpkins on the porch roof-
Stay tuned, this is a week long Festival, and I hope to capture the sights all week!
In order to have all of the pumpkins displayed by Halloween, 600 pumpkins must be scooped and carved each day.  How many pies would that make?!?

My goodness that's a lot of pumpkins! What a job but fantastic for them to create such a project. It must look fabulous when it is completed.

Wow, that is so cool. I've not seen so many pumpkins in one place. I really like that shot of the pumpkins around the tree. Well done.
