There is a similar tower, not quite as tall, at the main intersection of the town where i live. In it, there stands a fake policeman (I'm not sure what he's made of) directing traffic with one hand and blowing his whistle with the other. Around the front of his tower, it says DRIVE SAFE WALK RIGHT.
